In a secure and confidential manner, CJ’s Ethics Channel receives compliments, suggestions, complaints and reports of facts that go against the values ​​and principles of our Code of Conduct or current legislation.

The Channel is managed by an internationally recognized third-party and independent company, guaranteeing complete secrecy of information and adequate handling for each situation reported.
