LGPD

The LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (13.709/2018)) has as its main objective the protection of personal data of individuals, creating a scenario of legal certainty, with the standardization of provisions and practices to promote the protection of personal data from every citizen, according to existing international parameters.

According to LGPD, personal data is considered all data capable of identifying an individual, both directly and in indirect form.

In addition, Article 18 of the law provides for a series of rights that enable holders to exercise their informative autonomy, guaranteeing freedom, intimacy and privacy. And to exercise this right, the data holder must submit his application through the form below:

It is noteworthy that to process users’ concessions, CJ selects will collect and store the following data:

  1. IP address
  2. Personal data provided in completing the manifestation form: name, identification document, telephone, email and the description of the application.

Remember that LGPD rights refer exclusively to individuals and only their personal data. Thus, avoid sending requirements about legal entity or third party data, unless you are to the representative of the legally designated data holder and upon proof.
